HOUSE RULES:

• Guest civility is expected. Guests should keep the house and its equipment as found, not damaging infrastructure, appliances, furniture, equipment or props.

• As for night noise, usual care is required within the time required by law.

• The number of guests must be as previously agreed with the owner, and any changes / exceptions must be communicated in a timely manner.

• Smokers are welcome, but can only smoke on the 2 terraces.

• The use of central heating is strictly prohibited (the house is equipped with a fireplace in the living room and a wood burning stove and electric heaters in the bedrooms).

• It is strictly forbidden to change Cable TV Box settings, namely subscription to services and value-added channels.

• Under no circumstances are guests allowed to take with them any property or objects out of the property, at the check out. If damage occurs the owner should be informed and property should never be removed from the premises.

• Check-in is done on-site by entering the code in the lock box, requiring no face-to-face key delivery.

• Additional information:

  • There are two spaces in the house (not mentioned in the ad) that are interdicted to guests - they are storage spaces. These are the garage (which does not prevent free parking at the door of the house) and a closet of one of the bedrooms. All other rooms in the house are open (no keys on the doors).
